This page describes how the live Fraudnode service at https://www.fraundnode.com handles data today. It is the operator description of the product. Counsel-reviewed 152-FZ or GDPR wording is not substituted here. Questions: contact@fraudnode.com.
Who we are
Fraudnode operates a client-check and anti-fraud diagnostic service on the domain fraundnode.com. The public site, checker, cabinet, and related APIs are in scope.
What the checker collects
A checker run captures network and browser signals needed to verify the session: IP and routing identity, TCP options, TLS ClientHello fingerprints, HTTP version and headers, DNS resolver identity, JavaScript locale and timezone, and UDP/QUIC status when the probe runs. The collect is a verification, not a marketing profile.
Accounts and cabinet
If you register, we store account, billing, and credit data in the cabinet service. Checker history for a signed-in user is stored with the orchestrator (usage events and artifacts) so you can reopen a past check. Anonymous checker runs are tied to a first-party anonymous identifier until you sign in.
Where it lives
Collect happens on the data-plane collector. Analysis and history live on the control-plane services. The browser keeps checker workflow state in sessionStorage for this tab only. Contact form messages are sent by email to the operator.
Retention
Current product defaults: checker history about 365 days; raw fingerprint payload about 90 days. Account records last while the cabinet account exists. We do not invent a missing collect in order to keep a row.
Sharing
We do not sell checker sessions. Processors that run the site (hosting, email delivery, payments you start in the cabinet) see what they need to perform that job. Merchant integrations receive a fail-closed decision, not a copy of your household identity.
Your requests
Write to contact@fraudnode.com to ask what we hold, to correct account data, or to close a cabinet account. Checker snapshots that already expired under retention cannot be reconstructed.
