Terms of Service

These terms describe the live Fraudnode service. They are the operator rules for using the checker, cabinet, and related APIs. They are not a merchant SLA and not a substitute for a signed contract. Contact contact@fraudnode.com.

The product

Fraudnode is a verification. Collect, analyze, then allow or send the session back for another check. If analysis cannot finish, the service does not invent an allow. Site checker, demo, trial, and production merchant flows follow that fail-closed rule.

Accounts and credits

Cabinet packs and quotas are what you buy or are granted. Credits are for checks, not a guarantee of a particular decision. Abuse, scraping, or feeding the collector with traffic that is not a real client session can get the account closed.

No fake clean

Playground overlays sit on a copy of your live collect. They are labeled as demonstration overlays. They are not a live VPN, proxy, or Tor circuit. You may not present those screens as a tunnel we ran for you.

Availability

We aim to keep the public checker and cabinet up. Planned and unplanned downtime happens. A missing analyzer is a 503 / wait-or-pass for merchants, not a silent pass.
